28 year entrepreneur and resident of Newport Beach founded the Newport Beach Pageants in 2007. Lancona has started several business such as Cal Sport Productions, B Scene Advertising Agency, Just Friends, OC Party Pics, Entourage OC, Personal Fitness Trainers of OC and more. With 5 nominations for Entrepreneur of The Year, and Women In Business of The Year she has found a rewarding way to give back to young women by producing the pageants and providing a platform for quality training for the contestants.

Lancona holds a Masters in Business from Redlands, a double Bachelors from Phoenix University and UCLA plus multiple degrees and certificates from creative writing to interior design. She is currently the CEO of B Scene Advertising Agency and B Scene TV Productions. You may have seen her on TV over the past 20 years and will soon see her new TV shows she created and Executive Produced.

20+ years of professional business management in many sectors. Carol brings the business planning and financial structure to the Newport Beach Pageants. Carol works directly with the event sponsors to manage deliverables to support our sponsors towards a great experience with the pageants.

Dynamic professional with over five years experience in event planning, fundraising and sponsorships, and sales operations. Strong marketing communications skills with a proven record in creating and communicating concepts and applied knowledge of products and services. Multi-lingual: French, Spanish, Romanian, and Italian.

Surdu holds a M.A. Public Services Management, The Institute for Public Policy and Social Research (IPPSR) at Michigan State University and a B.S. Public Administration from Babes Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She is dedicated to serving others through her charity work. Surdu recently joined the staff at B Scene Advertising in Event Management.
